At Yoneti, your privacy is extremely important to us. This Privacy Policy explains how the Yoneti mobile applications (“Yoneti User” and “Yoneti Professional”) handle information.

We do not collect, store, sell, or share any personal or sensitive user data.

1. Information We Collect

Yoneti does not directly collect any personally identifiable information (PII). We do not collect your:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Photos or media
• Financial information
• Precise location

However, the app uses third-party SDKs that may automatically collect non-personal, anonymous, technical data such as:

• Device model and operating system
• App performance metrics
• Anonymous analytics identifiers
• Crash logs and diagnostics
• Google Play install referrer data (non-personal)

We (Yoneti) cannot identify any user from this data.

2. Third-Party Services We Use

Yoneti uses trusted third-party SDKs strictly to ensure proper app functionality:

• Google Play Services – analytics, crash reporting, and app performance
• Google Play Install Referrer – install attribution (non-personal)
• Meta (Facebook) SDK – app events tracking only (no login, no personal data)
• Firebase Analytics / Crashlytics – anonymous diagnostics and performance logs
• Google Ads / App Campaigns (if enabled) – anonymous install tracking only

These SDKs may collect anonymous technical data according to their own privacy policies. Yoneti does not have access to this data in a personally identifiable form.

3. How We Use Data

Any anonymous data handled by third-party services is used only to:

• Ensure the app installs and runs correctly on all devices
• Improve app performance, stability, and reliability
• Understand app crashes and fix bugs
• Measure app installs (Google & Meta requirement)

We do not use data for personalized ads or user profiling.

4. Data Sharing

Yoneti does not share, sell, transfer, or disclose personal data because we do not collect any.

Any information collected by third-party SDKs is controlled by those providers and is processed according to their privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Yoneti does not store user data on its servers. Any anonymous technical information collected by third-party providers is retained according to their respective policies.

6. Children’s Privacy

Yoneti does not collect personal information from anyone, including children under 13. If any third-party provider inadvertently collects anonymous device data, it remains non-identifiable.

7. Your Rights & Controls

You can control what third-party SDKs collect using your device settings:

• Disable ad personalization
• Disable analytics in device settings
• Restrict background data
• Limit tracking (Android Privacy Controls)

Since we do not collect personal data, Yoneti does not provide account deletion or data export options.

8. Security

Yoneti uses industry-standard security practices. Because we do not store personal information, the risk of unauthorized access is extremely minimal.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to stay compliant with Google Play, Meta, and legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
